These Terms govern access to and use of AI Studio, including its operator portal and any AI-assisted features, provided by OnaLab.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise accessing AI Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any product-specific policies referenced here.
Eligibility
AI Studio is intended for use by authorized operators and organizations. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to use the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AI Studio to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or to overload its systems through automated or abusive requests.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your operator account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
AI-Generated Output
AI Studio may produce AI-generated suggestions, summaries, or actions. This output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a human operator before being relied upon or acted on, particularly for decisions with real-world consequences.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AI Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnaLab is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output or for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate operator access for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or as required by law, with notice where practicable.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as AI Studio evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
