We use this information to operate the portal, authenticate operators, maintain audit trails of actions taken, and improve the reliability of AI-assisted features.
AI Processing
Content submitted through AI-assisted features may be processed by third-party AI models to generate suggestions or outputs. We do not use operator content to train third-party foundation models beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested output.
Sharing of Information
We share information with infrastructure and AI service providers strictly to operate the platform, and with your organization's administrators as needed for account management. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and Session Data
AI Studio uses cookies or local session tokens necessary for authentication and to keep you signed in. These are not used for third-party advertising.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging to protect operator data, though no system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain account and activity logs for as long as your organization maintains an active account, and as needed to meet audit, security, or legal requirements thereafter.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests can be directed to your organization's administrator or to us directly.
Children's Privacy
AI Studio is a professional operator tool and is not directed at or intended for use by children.
